How to Install JetBackup 5 on DicrectAdmin

If you'd like to take advantage of the latest JetBackup offering, here are the steps to perform.

 

Procedure

JetBackup 5 is supported on the following operating systems:

  •  Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and CloudLinux
    • Versions 7, 8, and 9 are supported
  • CentOS 7 and 8
  • AlmaLinux 8
  • Rocky Linux 8
  • AlmaLinux 9
  • Rocky Linux 9
  • Ubuntu 18.04 and Ubuntu 22.04

1. Configure the JetApps repository:

Terminal
bash <,[object Object],curl -LSs ,[object Object],[object Object]
2. Install the JetBackup 5 software jetapps --install jetbackup5-directadmin stable -y
